  1. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

    Once you have completed our online booking process and payment has been processed successfully, an email will be sent instantly to all relevant suppliers to inform them of your booking details. If needed, they will then confirm whether or not they can provide the requested services. If so, you will receive an email confirming your booking. If not, then one of our agents will contact you with a similar, alternative option. This process may take anywhere from a couple of minutes to several hours.

     

    If you have any questions, contact one of our agents and provide your booking reference number which is shown on the checkout page.

  2. I entered my payment details but didn't see a confirmation page. What happened?

    If you have provided your payment details and clicked 'confirm' however have not been directed to a page confirming your order then your booking may not have been confirmed and may or may not have been charged.  Please call us on 0044 (0) 0208 166 0990 straight away and one of our agents will be happy to assist.

  3. Are my payment details secure?

    When you make a booking through our website all of your payment details are stored using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrytion. This means that all of your details are encrypted so that they are only accessible to you and to us.

     

    The Thawte certificate shown on the website verifies that the website is in fact secure.

  4. If I book by telephone will I be charged a booking fee?

    You may be subject to a small fee if booking over the telephone. If this is the case, your booking agent will inform you of the fee before completing your booking with you.

  5. Acceptable methods of payment

    We can accept payment by the following cards:

     

    -  Visa

    -  Mastercard

    -  Visa Delta

    -  Solo

    -  Visa Electron

    -  Maestro (Switch)

    -  American Express

     

    We do not accept cash and cheques although bank transfers can be arranged upon request and are subject to conditions which will be stated at the time of the booking.

  6. What happens after I book?

    Immediately after you confirm your booking either through the website or over the telephone you will receive a confirmation voucher by email containing all of your itinerary details. You should print this email and bring it with you on your travels.
    If for some reason you do not receive your email confirmation voucher please contact our customer service team immediately.

  7. Can I book over the telephone?

    Yes you can! Our customer service team is available as follows: 
    Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm
    Saturday: 9am - 6pm
    Sunday: 10am - 5pm

  8. Why do you charge the total amount?

    To confirm your booking we usually need to charge the total reservation value because we guarantee the payment to our suppliers for the booking. Also, since you pay the total amount to us, we pay the service provider(s) and you need not worry about having to travel with cash or pay upon your arrival.
