  1. What If I cancel?

     

    Should you need to cancel your booking you will be subject to the cancellation policy of the service(s) which you have booked. To cancel, you will need to write to us expressing your request. A portion of the amount you have paid may/may not be available for a refund depending on the notice period you give us for your cancellation. Before booking, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the cancellation policies of the service(s) which you are booking. If you are unsure of what the cancellation policies are then contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.

  2. What if I need to change my booking?

    Modifying your booking is usually fine as long as the requested changes can be accommodated by the service provider(s). Booking amendments may be subject to additional fees. Full details of which fees would be applicable can be found in the specific booking conditions for each service provider. Alternatively, you can contact us for more information.
