Barbizon is a town situated in Seine-et-Marne department in north-central France. This town is famous because it was an inspiration for pre-impressionist painters. The most important painters were Jean-François Millet and Théodore Rousseau.
You should visit the Regional Museum of l'École de Barbizon. Also you can visit the Studio of Jean-François Millet. Moreover, there are a lot of art galleries where you can find incredible paintings.
