Bougival is located in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. In Bougival, Georges Bizet composed the opera Carmen. Bougival was also the site of the Machine de Marly, a complicated hydraulic pumping device.
You can visit the Church of Notre Dame de l'Assoption which was built during the first halfh of the 12th century. Also you can go to the Ivan Turgenev European Museum or Georges Bizet's House.
There are a lot of fantastic restaurant where you can have dinner. Then you can go to Le Théâtre du Grenier.
