Perpignan has a very interesting nightlife, as there are influences in activities from Spanish and Catalan culture, as well as French influence.Perpignan is a vibrant city. Discos usually open at 11pm. They are mainly concentred in the same areas as the bars. During the summertime the beachfront strip near Canet Plage is very popular with its seasonal venues.There is a pretty good bar and club scene in the city, but the majority of clubs and bars are located on place de la Loge.

Perpignan is a good town for shopping and with inviting storefronts there’s barely time to breathe.You can do some very good shopping in Perpignan if you know where to go. As with most tourist areas, there are plenty of smaller shops that sell smaller trinkets and souvenirs. If you like shopping, you can see a lot of shops near The Castillet.
