Sintra is a city located right in the central western Portuguese coast. Sintra is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Portugal. Classified by UNESCO as World Heritage and Cultural Landscape, Sintra is one of those magic places where nature and men combined in a perfect symbiosis. There are also other events that take place in Sintra, that give life to a place full of memories, transforming it into a space of live culture: historical recreations, painting, sculpture, handicrafts, photography exhibitions, and the Theatre Festival that has greatly encouraged the art of acting in our area. So, just a short drive from Lisbon, Sintra is steeped in history and offers some of the most exquisite natural and architectural sites in the country.

Sintra is not a party town; the most intriguing soirees are private. Nightlife in this romantic village is mostly confined to its restaurants and bars. A worthy bar in the center of town, where you might meet people from any country in Europe, is Adega das Caves who is right in the heart of Sintra village.
Shopping
Sintra and its mystical hills dotted with fairytale palaces and extravagant villas have bewitched visitors for centuries. Indeed, in Sintra, you can see Quinta da Regaleira who is an estate near the historic center of Sintra, it's a romantic palace with its chapel and its luxurious park. The Pena National Palace is also a touristic place because it represent one of the major expressions of 19th-century Romanticism in the world. Cabo Da Roca, Monserrate Palace, Moors' Castle are too places importants on the history of Sintra.
Time
Sintra has a warm maritime climate influenced by the Atlantic Ocean. Because of this influence extremes in weather are uncommon. Almost all precipitation falls during the winter, summers are extremely dry. During the summer daytime temperatures are just below 30 degrees on average.
